Malmaison Glasgow is just on the edge of the trendy West End, where you’ll find quirky boutiques, cobbled streets, plenty of green space and superb restaurants, including the famous Ubiquitous Chip.

The hotel is just a short walk from the shops of Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street, an area known as the ‘Style Mile’, and there are plenty of examples of Glasgow’s rich architectural heritage nearby, including the Gallery of Modern Art, George Square and the medieval St Mungo’s Cathedral.

Most of Glasgow’s best known LGBT-friendly venues are clustered in an area of the Merchant City known as the ‘Pink Triangle’, just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Other attractions include the futuristic Riverside Museum down by the Clyde, and the 40-minute drive out to Loch Lomond makes for an easy day trip.

There are just 72 rooms and suites at the Malmaison, decorated in a colourful and contemporary style that reflects the boisterous, fun-loving spirit of Glasgow.

All rooms are equipped with a flatscreen TV, WiFi, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities, along with big comfy beds and power showers to blast away the cobwebs after a night on the town. The split-level Duplex Suites are particularly stylish.

The recently revamped Chez Mal is a brasserie-style restaurant with a relaxed vibe, mood lighting and an appetising menu of modern classics. Head to the buzzing bar for craft beers, cocktails and tasty snacks in an atmospheric setting.
